What is Mod AI?

Mod AI is an AI-powered accounts payable automation platform. It processes invoices from arrival to ERP sync -- extracting data with AI, matching invoices to purchase orders, coding to GL accounts, routing for approval based on your policies, and syncing approved invoices to your ERP system. The goal is to eliminate manual data entry and streamline your entire AP workflow.

Who is Mod AI for?

Mod AI is built for AP teams, controllers, finance managers, and CFOs at companies of all sizes. Whether you process 50 invoices a month or 50,000, the platform scales to your needs. It is especially valuable for organizations with multiple entities, complex approval workflows, or high invoice volumes.

How accurate is the AI?

Mod AI achieves very high extraction accuracy that improves over time. The AI learns from your corrections -- every time you fix an extracted field, the system gets better at reading invoices from that vendor. Most invoices from known vendors are extracted with 95%+ accuracy after the initial learning period. New vendors or unusual invoice formats may require more review at first.

What file formats are supported?

Mod AI supports the following file formats for invoice upload and email forwarding:

• PNG
• JPG / JPEG
• TIFF
• DOCX

PDF is the most common and typically produces the best extraction results.

Is there a mobile app?

Mod AI is currently web-based only, optimized for desktop browsers. The platform is mobile-responsive, so you can access it on your phone or tablet for basic tasks like reviewing and approving invoices. A dedicated mobile app is not available at this time.
